1. Where can I see the products that you show? Do you have shops?

We are wholesalers of the products shown in our websites, we receive your orders and will quote and sell the products. For online retail sales, please visit our Online Store.

2. I'm interested to purchase the products you show? What must I do?

You must register and send the web form that is in each online catalogue, specifying quantities for each reference you wish to buy, please be sure to comply with the minimum order for samples that is shown in the catalogues. Once we receive the information, we will send you a complete quotation including delivery and insurance costs and other information about the products. For online retail sales, please visit our Online Store.

3. I am interested to purchase the products you show for my personal use. Can you sell me?

Yes. For online retail sales, please visit our Online Store. If a product is not shown in the Online Store is because it is not available for retail orders. For the moment, the Online Store is only available in spanish, please tell us the references and quantities you wish to purchase and we will send you a secure link for credit card payment.

4. I want to receive catalogues by mail, can you send them?

We do not have printed catalogues, all the information about our products is published in the online catalogues. To request a quotation please register and use the form in each catalogue to send us quantities for each reference.

5. What companies do you use for product delivery?

For products sent by courier we use Fedex, TNT and DHL. For orders that need formal exportation logistics (above US$ 1500) we have different options for transport, customs handling and logistics, we use the method that best suites the buyer and the type of business. If you wish to use a delivery method not recommended by us, the responsability on the merchandise is yours since the moment the products are handled over to the delivery company of your choice.

6. What is the difference between the published offers and the products shown in the catalogues?

The products shown in our catalogues are mostly sold directly by our company. When you reply one of the published offers, ProductsofColombia.com will receive the information and give it to the supplier, in case of business your party will deal and make the purchase directly with the supplier. In some cases you can contact the supplier directly if the company information is available in the website.

BUSINESS CONDITIONS AND WARRANTIES

7. What are your business and selling conditions?

Once you decide to purchase any product of the following categories: Crafts, Jewelry and Bijouterie, Leather, Wood, Clothing or Decoration, you must make a bank transfer that includes the price of the products plus delivery and insurance, when we confirm the transfer, we inmediatily place an order to the manufacturers and afterwards export the products. For sample products and retail orders we accept payments with credit card; for large orders we can consider L/C or downpayments. Delivery time depends on quantity of purchased products and exportation/delivery logistics. WE DO NOT GIVE CREDITS AND NEVER SEND PRODUCTS WITHOUT RECEIVING FULL PAYMENT.

For Foods, Commodities and industrial products, we only accept T/T or irrevocable L/C payable against B/L, opened with a well known bank. In most cases our company will put you in contact with the supplier and the business conditions will be whatever the buyer and supplier agree.

8. What Warranty do your products have?

Any product of the following categories: Crafts, Jewelry and Bijouterie, Leather, Wood, Clothing or Decoration, have a limited warranty for manufacturing defects. Once the buyer receives the merchandise he/she must verify it. Any request for money returns must be done within the time lapse of 4 days after the products are delivered to the client (you) and must include detailed photographs of the damaged products. Once this procedure is done we will study your request and will return the money equivalent of the damaged merchandise if needed. We do not accept claims after 4 days have passed. IMPORTANT: If merchandise is missing or arrives broken due to bad handling, we will make effective the insurance with the courier and the procedure for this matter must be followed.

For Foods, Commodities, industrial products or any case when the supplier deals directly with you, the business conditions and warranty policies will be whatever the buyer (you) and the supplier agree.

9. What Taxes must I pay for importing the products?

Most of our products appear with their tarriff code in the catalogues, if this data is not published, please ask one of our sales representatives. In any case, it is the sole responsability of the customer (you) to ask the customs office of your country about any import taxes that the purchased products may have and to pay them.

IMPORTANT: Formal exportations logistics are required if the purchase is above US$ 2000 or above 50 kilograms. If available, we send origin certificates for exportations, if a colombian product has a tariff preference in your country you pay a reduced tax or no tax at all.

For orders between US$ 1500 and US$ 1999 and that do not require exportation the customer can ask for the origin certificate but delivery could take more time.
